Ingredients
- 1 lbs GLC Wagyu Hamburger
- 12 slices bacon
- 6 jalapenos
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 4 oz cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat grill or smoker to @ 250 degrees F
- In a medium bowl combine cream cheese and cheddar
- Core and remove the seeds from the jalapenos
- Spoon cheese filling into jalapenos filling all the way
- Wrap each jalapeno with GLC Wagyu burger, be sure to cover the entire pepper forming an egg shape
- Wrap each burger covered jalapeno with 2 slices bacon, use toothpicks to hold if needed
- On the grill, and turn every 10 minutes or so until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F
- On the smoker, place on indirect heat until temperature reaches 165 degrees F @2 hours
- Use your favorite BBQ sauce in the cheese mix and on the outside of the egg if desired…
