Ingredients
- ½ Cup Vegtable Oil
- 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
- ¼ Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbs Lemon Juice
- 1 ½ tbs Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbs Dijon Mustard
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- ½ ts Black Pepper
Instructions
- Thaw and trim Flank or Skirt steak, trim silver skin off and leave some fat
- Slice ½ inch wide strips against grain
- Mix marinate ingredients in a bowl or cake pan large enough to hold marinate and steak
- Marinate in refrigerator for 6 hours, covered
- Heat cast iron skillet HOT with a little olive oil
- Cook strips, about 6 at a time so skillet stays HOT, 1 minute a side ( top, bottom)
