Ingredients
- 2 lbs of GLC Wagyu Hamburger
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ¾ cup milk
- 2/3 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- ¼ cup finely chopped onion
- 2 tbs snipped fresh parsley or dried
- 1 ts salt
- ½ ts dried sage or basil
- 1/8 ts black pepper
- ½ cup ketchup
- 2 tbs packed brown sugar
- 1 ts dry mustard
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine eggs and milk, whisk
- Stir in bread crumbs, onion, parsley, salt, sage, and pepper, mix well
- Add GLC burger, mix well
- Lightly pat mixture into an 8X4X2 inch loaf pan
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 ¼ hours or until internal temperature is 160 degrees F
- Spoon off fat
- In a small bowl combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard, mix well
- Spread over meat after spooning off fat
- Bake an additional 10 minutes
- Let stand for 10 minutes
